Fireworks should be regulated and non-regulated fireworks should be banned.
They should be regulated, out of residential areas range, where there can't be elderly, people with hearing issues or even animals / pets that could be rather sensitive to noises and all.
Its got to be regulated by the government, first.
Fireworks seem to start a week before the Bonfire Night (November 5) and go on through Diwali (November 8), New Year's Eve, and could go on for weeks later.
On records, there HAD been petitions about their noise to be reduced from 120 to 90 decibels.
But that won't resolve fireworks getting in hands of people that use it in residential areas. As well as past mid-night.
And only local councils or regulated organizations / bodies can buy them.
