Group legal action to reclaim Water Company Executives and Private Equity Profit
Private Equity and Water Company Executives have taken over £100bn from a failing and uninvested vital service for all UK Citizens. If this had resulted in world class service profit is fair, but the profit has been driven through resource stripping, misleading governance, and a failed service.
If we do not hold to account the parties that have caused the decline in service, and severe health risks the UK public will have to pay for the improvements, while the private sector have walked away with over £100bn of our money to invest in our water. Bills need to come down while service improved, this can only happen where those who caused the decline pay to improve it.
