Review cost of migrants without visas accessing the NHS, as we feel it is unfair that many citizens pay taxes to fund public services like NHS and have to wait for a long time to access care.

Additional Information

We think this needs to stop, and migrants without visas should not be allowed to use any NHS services for free.
