Ensure Local Authorities are held accountable for SEND rights
Ensure Local Authorities are held legally accountable for implementing all SEND tribunal decisions and ECH Plan provision
Children with SEND are being denied support that they are legally entitled to, even after a tribunal victory. Local Authorities are failing to follow up on their duties. Children are therefor losing vital education and support, This impacts the child's long term mental health and development.
