Bring Jess's Rule to whole of UK.
Make Jess's rule a standard rule to all GP's within the UK and not just within England.
People all around the UK are being dismissed by there GPs and are only getting correct treatment after many years and several visits, or dying waiting for treatment. Jess's Rule has been an advantage which England have now however it is not recognized all over the UK as of yet. This rule will benefit all in making the doctors re-evaluate after 3 visits of the same or escalating symptoms.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Health policy is devolved in Scotland, so the matter you raise would be something that the Scottish Government is responsible for. The UK Government and Parliament can't look into it.
The Scottish Parliament has its own Petitions Committee. If you'd like to send your petition to the Scottish Parliament, you can find out more here: www.parliament.scot/chamber-and-committees/committees/current-and-previous-committees/session-6-citizen-participation-and-public-petitions-committee
However, please note that the next Scottish Parliament election is on 7 May. Dissolution of the current Parliament begins on 9 April, which will mean that petitions cannot be submitted or signed.
