Petition Action

Stop - Failed asylum seeker families to be offered up to £40k to leave UK

Petition Details

Stop funding failed asylum claims. Enforce the law: return anyone who traveled through safe countries to the last safe country they came from. No one is above immigration rules. Uphold UK asylum system integrity.

Additional Information

Current rules are being bypassed when people travel through safe countries before reaching the UK. This undermines the integrity of the asylum system, misuses public funds, and weakens enforcement of immigration law. Ensuring compliance protects resources and upholds the rule of law.
