Allow more flexible clothing choices in UK school uniform policies
We want the Government to review school uniform policies in UK schools. Students should have more flexibility in what they wear, including different trouser colours, optional uniform items, and the possibility of using a small school badge instead of strict full uniforms.
Many students feel current uniform rules are too strict and do not reflect modern student life. Some students may feel uncomfortable or stressed by strict clothing rules or specific colours. Allowing more flexibility would help students feel more comfortable and confident while still allowing schools to identify students through small badges or school logos.
