You must have a license & full training to be able to own animals
A Requirement to have an animal which should include a license & full training aswell as checks on the home so animals don’t get mistreated & put with the wrong people as this is becoming an occurrence! The animals themselves are suffering & becoming aggressive due to the neglect!
This is a real issue & something needs sorted , but also people do not speak about it enough & me myself I’m a big animal lover & every animal deserves the best care & to be treat right
