Abandon plans to give failed asylum seekers 10k - 40k to return home
The Home Secretary recently announced plans to give failed asylum seekers up to £10k per person, up to £40k per family, to return home vuluntarily.
This petition calls for these plans to be immediately abandoned.
They will tell you this is a cheaper solution than housing them in hotels. A cost which should've never been in practice to begin with.
The hardworking tax payer, must not be forced into giving these incredible amounts of money to people who have never contributed to our country. Not when the taxpayer themselves would ever recieve such a gift.
This IS an incentive to pull people towards our country further, and there are methods which will cost far less to more effectively solve these issues.
