Lift work and student visa bans for Afghan nationals.
We respectfully urge the Government to lift the ban on work and student visas for Afghan nationals. Many skilled and deserving individuals are unfairly denied opportunities to contribute to UK society through education and employment.
Many Afghan nationals are skilled, educated, and eager to contribute to UK society. Current visa bans unfairly prevent them from studying or working, denying them opportunities and depriving the UK of valuable talent.
