Make the government take climate change seriously

Petition Details

Make the environment #1 priority, push global efforts to make other countries do so as well. The effects are irreversible and at our current rate, coming very soon. People won't and can't take enough action alone, the government should act on it with more urgency and get to the roots of the problem.

Additional Information

This is essential because all temperature increases are irreversible, and the consequences from lack of serious global action (on matters like deforestation, sea levels rising, natural recourses on trends to run out, animals going extinct) should be treated as the threat they are. At the current rate nothing substantial enough will be done before detrimental consequences are already happening. Please, so many things like ai harvesting water can be easily dealt with by regulations, so work harder
