Petition Details

Stop the new English requirement from B1 to B2 for family visa (spouse, visa ) This will affect families who already live here and married to a British citizen , you do not need B2 to live in the uk , even a lot of British people can’t get this high level of education.

Additional Information

It will be affecting the family for example if a woman married to a British man and her children were born here but she can’t get this very high level education B2 . Even English people can’t get this degree this is not acceptable .
