Make life saving first aid a mandatory course for children in secondary school.
I would like to ask the government to consider making it a requirement for all children of secondary schools to be given a life saving first aid class in school.
There is so much more violence these days amongst our young people and so many more lives being lost with the level of knife crime we are experiencing. If one life could be saved by teaching life saving skills in school it would be worth it. Just one day for each student to learn could make so much difference. This is already offered in the workplace, so why not schools.
