Start UK British summer time on the last Sunday in February each year.

Petition Details

Change the start of British summer time from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in February.

Additional Information

This would make GMT symmetrical around the winter solstice i.e. start two months before and end two months after. People would then only have to tolerate four months of dark evenings which for many would help with their mental wellbeing.
