Don’t Drag Britain Into Another Middle East War
We call on the Government of the United Kingdom to stay out of any war involving the United States, Israel and Iran. British forces, bases and resources must not be used in this conflict. The Government should focus on diplomacy, de-escalation and protecting the interests of the British people.
Wars like the Iraq War showed the huge human and financial cost of military intervention. Another conflict could cost taxpayers billions, drive up energy prices and worsen the cost-of-living crisis in the United Kingdom. Instability in the Middle East could also increase migration pressures across Europe. Britain should make independent decisions and avoid being drawn into another long, costly and dangerous war.
