Accelerate North Sea Drilling to Boost UK Energy Security and Economic Growth
We urge the Government to immediately approve and accelerate new North Sea drilling to strengthen UK energy security, protect jobs, reduce reliance on foreign imports, and support a stable transition while maintaining affordable energy for households and industry.
We want the Government to accelerate North Sea drilling to secure reliable domestic energy, reduce dependence on volatile foreign markets, protect thousands of skilled UK jobs, and stabilise energy costs for households and industry. Swift action will strengthen national resilience while supporting long‑term economic growth.
