Council houses for hard working tax contributing citizens
I would like the Government to allow hard working citizens and make it easier to gain council housing, as we are the hard working people who contribute into society and so we should given easier opportunities to be able to either buy or rent without having to buy houses in the UK
My partner & I have a daughter, we are both very very hard working people who have been paying tax and playing the game for many years - We have had to resort ourselves to living in a room at my partners mothers house just so that we can to the best of our ability save for a house, which as you know is very very expensive, and even when we have saved the bare minimum to buy a house, we are going to struggle to pay the mortgage and all we see are people who do not pull their weight get benefits
