That this government resumes North Sea Oil and Gas extraction forthwith!
We are being held to ransom by rogue states in the Middle East causing major public concern over continuity of supply in the event of the current situation with Iran. We need security of supply to shield the UK from this and any future threats.
It is the government's responsibility and indeed a sworn election manifesto promise to reduce our living costs and put more money in our pockets.The governments current intransigence in refusing to resume North Sea operations and/ or reduce the tax take on petrol and diesel ,(such as Ireland and Spain have done) is having exactly tfe opposite result!
