Introduce a mandatory dog ownership licence for all dog owners in the UK
Introduce a UK-wide dog ownership licence for all owners, linked to microchipping. This would replace breed-specific laws with responsible ownership, improve public safety, support fair access to insurance and strengthen dog welfare standards.A simple soloution to a national crisis.
Dog attacks and welfare issues continue despite breed-specific laws. A licensing system would ensure all owners understand their responsibilities and are held accountable. It would promote safer handling, fair treatment of all breeds, and better welfare standards. It would also support equal access to insurance for all dogs. Responsibility should sit with the owner, not the breed.
The new laws would be called: bronsons Law-Licence every lead.
