Create stronger laws against coordinated harassment and defamation In trains
Introduce stronger legal protections and enforcement against organised harassment, coordinated defamation, and the non-consensual disclosure of sensitive medical information. Ensure police and regulators investigate these cases properly and provide clear legal remedies for victims.
Victims of coordinated harassment and defamation often struggle to obtain protection or justice. False allegations, organised intimidation, and the disclosure of private medical information can destroy lives, careers and reputations. Current enforcement mechanisms are often slow or ineffective, particularly if the false allegations have something to do with their kids. Nobody is abusing their kids but people are crazy when this gets in public transport.
