Questions in the house to be answered without obscuration divergence or refusal.
Parliament to amend existing legislation to require Ministers, Secretaries of State or their representatives to provide an accurate responses to all questions asked in the house, without diverting from the subject, obscuration or ambiguity. Other than where National Security is pertinent.
The electorate has a right under representation of the people & human rights legislation to question, via our elected representatives, current Government Ministers or their representatives. Thereby we have a right to receive a fair and honest answer to the question when it is asked.
The democratic process is undermined when an elected representatives asks a question and the response from a responsible Minister bears little or no relation to the subject.
