Force the prime minister to answer questions at PMQ's
To change the ruling to allow the Speaker to compell the Prime Minister to answer opposition questions at PMQ's
It's clear that MPs and the general public are fed up with the PM's refusal to answer questions put to him at PMQ's and that the Speaker has admitted that he is powerless to make him answer .
