Hold the PM accountable to answer questions during PMQ’s
We want the Government to ensure that the Prime Minister gives clear, direct and relevant answers to questions asked during Prime Minister’s Questions (PMQs).
Prime Minister’s Questions is intended to allow Members of Parliament to scrutinise the work of the Government. However, answers are often perceived as not addressing the specific question asked, instead focusing on other issues.
We believe that providing direct and relevant answers would improve transparency, strengthen accountability, and increase public confidence in the democratic process.
