Petition Action

Compel PM to answer questions asked at PMQ’s

Petition Details

Hold PM in Contempt of Parliament if he deliberately & repeatedly fails to answer questions at PMQ’s, choosing instead to deflect by making a statement unrelated to the question or answers a question he wasn’t asked

Additional Information

It is disrespectful and infuriating to MP’s in the House and to the public who want to hear answers to questions put to the PM at PMQ’s, by MP’s and the Leader of the Opposition. It is essential in a healthy and functioning democracy that the government is held to account. How can it be if at the very time & in the very place designed for that specific purpose, the Leader of our nation provides no answer to legitimate and important questions asked if him. It’s a repeated outrage
