Stop the twice yearly change of the clocks.
Keep GMT all year round.
Abolish daylight savings time in the UK.
The process of losing or gaining an hour has no benefit to energy consumption.
It has no benefit to farmers because cows can't tell the time.
The time changing has a detrimental impact on circadian rhythm.
It is out dated and pointless
