Protect Health and Productivity by Ending Clock Changes
End the twice-yearly clock changes. They disrupt sleep, harm morning productivity, and offer no real energy benefit. Adopt a stable, year-round time so that people can plan, work and live without unnecessary disruption.
The twice-yearly clock change disrupts sleep, health, and productivity for millions, especially morning people, families, and shift workers. Modern evidence shows little to no benefit, yet the disruption occurs twice a year, every year. A constant, year-round time would improve wellbeing, safety and consistency across the UK.
