Reinstate the five-year pathway to Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) for healthcare and care workers Ensure immigration rule changes do not apply retrospectively to those already in the UK

Additional Information

We came to the UK to contribute, not to be trapped in uncertainty, We worked through challenging conditions, supported communities, and built our lives around a promise that has now been changed. We ask the Government to act with fairness, integrity, and humanity by restoring a clear and achievable pathway to settlement and ensuring that those who care for others are treated with dignity.
