Petition Action

Remove British daylight saving, removing the need for the clock changes.

Petition Details

Remove the clock changes that amount to British Summer time and the reversion to GMT in spring and autumn respectively.

Additional Information

The clock changes, particularly the March change, amount to an increase in heart attacks, car accidents and workplace incidents. In addition, they are very challenging for people with neurodivergence. In addition, the additional hour of daylight in the height of summer is very challenging for those who struggle to sleep due to their ADHD or Autism. The clock change adds no value to the economy, our energy bills or farmers and should be abolished.
