Remove VAT from vet fee's if pets are not a luxury
The recent CMA investigation and multiple posts from MPs says pet ownership is not a luxury. The government should therefore remove VAT from vet bills!
Simply put it would reduce vet bills by 20%. This means more affordable care and better salary support for hardworking, and underpaid, professionals.
MPs are already spreading misinformation across the internet about vet bills yet under their own system they consider pet ownership a luxury.
VAT on vet bills prevents people accessing the vet care they need for their pets. This is wrong.
STOP VAT on medical bills for our pets!
