We call for harsher sentencing for causing death by careless driving.

Petition Details

• We want the maximum sentence raised from 5 to 20 years.
• We want driving licences to be suspended pending investigation outcome, and only reinstated if there are no charges brought.
• We want consecutive sentences where there are multiple fatalities.
• We want a review of judicial guidelines.
