Petition Action

Make AI generated content in advertisements have to be declared / marked as such

Petition Details

People are losing hundreds sometimes thousands of pounds on services and products that appear to be endorsed by celebrities/ MPs. They can look like BBC items and can have AI videos etc. They can be very plausible

Additional Information

I have myself been scammed by an AI generated investment opportunity
Since then I have read some really sad examples of people scammed by similar. Martin Lewis has put some examples out to say stay away from these ads as he would never endorse a product that way
I consider myself vulnerable due to circumstances but astute, however I fell for this and when I got a call after registering my interest it was quick and slick to point of getting the money from you
