Make it mandatory to pay enhancement for working on bank holidays.
Make it mandatory for companies to pay an enhancement for working on bank holidays instead of it being at the companies discretion.
It is very unfair that many people get bank holidays off work and get full pay while so many have to work and do not get paid any more than the normal minimum wage such as the private care industry.
