Developed as part of a dissertation project, this highlights a gap in performer training. Students face high physical demands without education on nutrition or wellbeing, increasing risk of unsustainable practices. Structured support would promote long-term health and sustainability to an industry that annually contributes an estimated £10 billion to the economy.
