Introduce communication between Company applicant and company recruiter.

Petition Details

People are looking for jobs, and it has never been harder, they often find it that the employers do not inform them of their application status or a reason for declining. Leading to no progress for the applicant, who spent time on applying which could of been used elsewhere.

Additional Information

To reduce wasted time for applicant, to remove fake job adverts, reduce mental strain for applicants. We have seen companies make adverts and have no intent to hire, this may reduce such fake adverts.
