Bring back conscription into the Army
With mass unemployment - youth rioting - a feeling of not belonging amongst the young isn't it time to bring back conscription? Some would find a calling in the armed forces, they would find an outlet for their energy plus those who then leave would perhaps learn about respect, responsibility and self control.
