This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We are not sure on what specific actions you want to take, or what particular services any changes should apply to. There is not enough detail about this proposed framework to make it a clear ask of the Government or Parliament.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, such as setting out specific steps or changes to law you would like to see implemented in more detail.
