Make political education mandatory in secondary schools
We want the Government or Parliament to incorporate political education into secondary school’s curriculum in a non-biased manner in order to decrease the lack of knowledge amongst young pupils.
There is a worrying amount of misinformation spread around schools regarding statistics that are often used to support different political parties. This is because, knowledge amongst teens is acquired mainly through social media where lies are often accumulated. This creates strong political opinions based on false facts which truly is a devastating problem for our country.
