Scrap the Tobacco and Vapes act 2027
The Tobacco and Vapes Act 2027 Should be scrapped with immediate effect. Once people are over the age of 18 they are adults and should be allowed to choose wether they smoke or vape. it is not the Governments
place to tell people what they can or cant do with their bodies.
It is not the Governments place to tell people what they can or cant do with their bodies. When people turn 18 they are legally adults, they can drink alcohol, get married, own a house and so on, therefore they should be legally allowed to smoke or vape if they wish to do so. It is NOT the Governments place to tell people what they cant do with their bodies. Instead of a ban, which will only cause more illicit sources to open up. England is supposed to be a free country.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
This seems in essence to be a duplicate petition for this one we already have open, which you may wish to sign:
