Protect Afghan nationals from removal and ensure fair access to UK visas
We call on the UK Government to stop removing Afghan nationals to Afghanistan due to ongoing human rights risks.
We also ask the Government to ensure fair access to student visas and other legal routes for Afghan nationals.
Many Afghans face serious human rights risks, including limits on women’s rights and access to education. Returning people to Afghanistan may put them in danger. Fair visa access allows Afghans to study, work, and live safely.
