Prison reform

* Prisoners forced to work in prisons or generate electricity by peddling.

* Basic rations of half a loaf of bread and tap water supplemented with earnings.

* Luxuries only available with prison credits from work.

Benefit reductions

* Compulsory retraining to cleaning/sweeping for long term unemployed (6 months) or building facilities for children.

* Refusal to retrain results in benefits cut to food vouchers cashed in at government sites.

Conscription for youth crime

* Sentence of 2 years or more for 16-21 year olds results in conscription inc a tour of duty without pay.

* Allowed home when on shore leave but only with an ankle tag.

St George’s Day

* Move early May Day bank holiday forward to St George’s day.

More power to police

* Face coverings in public outlawed beyond religious reasons.

* Rioting to be fought with rubber bullets, water cannons and batons. 3 warnings before action.

* More protection and support to police.
