If workers are generally sick they shouldn’t be punished and put on stage’s
When workers are not well enough to work they call in sick when they go back to work they get punished for being sick sometime resulting in losing there job because they haven’t been well a few times things humans can’t help
The unfairness of these stages humans get sick,injured,hospitalised etc this is part of a human life to be punished for this baffles me how can ye have been sick to much that you need punishment genuine sickness can not be helped so the worker has no control over this and still get punished for it
