Legalize recreational marijuana in the UK, allowing sale in licensed retailers.
Legalize recreational cannabis via licensed retailers. Regulation will ensure safety, generate tax revenue, and curb crime. This supports public health, provides therapeutic benefits for mental wellbeing, and offers a safer, controlled alternative for adults in our communities.
Current laws fuel a black market. Legalisation ensures safety via quality control and age limits. Cannabis offers therapeutic benefits for mental wellbeing and is a safer alternative for adults than substances like alcohol.
A regulated market would generate tax revenue for the NHS and free up police resources. The UK should adopt a health-led approach focusing on regulation over criminalisation, ensuring a safer environment and supporting individual health and choice. Not just Medical.
