Require one-payment coverage across hospital car parks on the same site
Require hospital parking operators to accept valid payment across all car parks on the same hospital site where no overstay occurred
We want the Government to require hospital parking operators to treat all car parks on the same hospital site as one location where payment has been made and no overstay occurred.
Patients using parking apps at hospitals can accidentally select the wrong car park code on the same site despite paying the correct fee and leaving within the paid time. Drivers should not receive parking charges where payment was clearly made in good faith and there was no financial loss to the operator.
