More residential parking in Dudley town centre or cheaper permits
I'm writing to try and add more residential parking or cheaper permits in Dudley town centre.
Being a single parent who does not work cannot afford a permit that is £700 straight off. Even if I did work with the cost of living and rent prices, fuel cost and general day to day food shopping increasing it is just not reasonable to be able to pay all of this in one go. I have to walk ages to my flat with my toddler and shopping and it is not easy. If they could
