We call on North East Lincolnshire Council and the Government to fully rebuild and regenerate Freeman Street and Riby Square. This area has huge potential, but it needs urgent investment, repairs, and improvements to attract visitors.
Better facilities, safer spaces, and a refreshed look will draw more customers, support every local shop, and help our community thrive again.
