Stop a skip, hop and a jump penalty take in a professional football tournament

Petition Details

For far too long penalty takers have used the skip, hop and a jump run up to the penalty spot. It NEVER results in a goal. Players just need to run up and kick the ball with force. Stopping, stops the flow of momentum and hardly ever results in a goal.

Additional Information

Very, very rarely does a penalty result in a goal from a player taking the skip, hop and a jump approach. It would be much easier as a viewer and a player to know that each penalty taker is going to run and hit the ball with power right away!
