Hold a referendum on equal application of law and removal of religious exemption
Hold a referendum on whether UK law should be applied equally to all citizens, without legal distinctions, religious exemptions, or special treatment based on personal characteristics. We believe all citizens should be subject to the same rights, responsibilities, and legal standards.
We believe the law should apply equally to every citizen. Legal decisions should be based only on the law, the facts of the case, and relevant circumstances.
We call for the removal of religious exemptions and legal provisions that treat people differently based on protected or personal characteristics.
Equality before the law means one set of rules for everyone. We believe this would strengthen public trust in fairness, equality, and the consistent application of the law.
