Stricter rules on brandishing any form of knife, even those classed as “blunt”
I want the UK Government to enforce stricter rules and policies in regards to all individuals within the UK, carrying any form of blades including ceremonial blades brandished for religious purposes.
At the moment, the UK law allows certain religions to carry a ceremonial blades including, on their person at all time.
Due to a recent incident where a loss of life occurred due to an individual brandishing a knife, (which was not ceremonial) I believe that the UK laws regarding purchase and ability to carry these blades are not strict enough. Too many people within this country are being injured or murdered by this.
All knives that can be kept on your person no matter size should be banned.
