New general election now the prime minister has quit
With the Prime Minister stepping down, the country faces a major change in leadership. The public should have the right to choose who governs them through a General Election. We call on the Government to give voters a say and seek a fresh democratic mandate immediately.
We, the undersigned, call for an immediate General Election following the Prime Minister's resignation. A change in national leadership is a significant event, and the public should have the opportunity to choose who governs the country. We urge the Government to seek a fresh democratic mandate and allow voters to decide the future direction of the United Kingdom through a General Election.
