Make JERUSALEM Englands National Anthem.
Recognise “Jerusalem” as England’s official national anthem, providing England with its own national anthem while retaining “God Save the King” as the anthem of the United Kingdom.
This petition seeks to align England with Scotland, Wales, and many international nations that have distinct national anthems used in sporting and cultural contexts. ‘Jerusalem’ is already widely associated with English identity and heritage, and is often sung at major events. This would not replace ‘God Save the King’ as the UK anthem, but provide England with its own official anthem for national representation.

This isn’t something that the UK Government or Parliament would be able to do. The use of the present National Anthem is a matter of tradition rather than having any legal or constitutional status.
